For me it was a tough road.. I simply couldn’t find out how to set-up my online business. Sure, I had some campaigns up and running but they simply weren’t making me money. I knew that I was missing something but I didn’t know what..

I’ve also had spent quite alot of money on these “money making” products but they were all hype and they didn’t help me to bring in money and results because they were simply not detailed enough.

These 2 questions were in my mind all the time and the only way to answer these questions was to simply sign-up for Wealthy Affiliate and to try it out. And that was exactly what I did…

So I Joined Wealthy Affiliate…

Begin June ‘09 I joined Wealthy Affiliate and when I first logged in I was stunned. Absolutely stunned… Everywhere I looked I saw training programs, tutorials, videos and other resources that can and did help me.

I started looking into the training resources and I took a good look around.

I could choose to learn Article Marketing, Pay Per Click Marketing and Email Marketing. I decided to learn Article marketing since it’s the free way to make money online.

I Started Reading Through The Tutorials & Training Resources

So I started reading through the training resources carefully and it learned me a couple of important things such as:

* How to find profitable niches & products to promote.
* How to find keywords that will sell.
* How to setup a landing page. (You don’t even need a website!)
* How to write an article.
* How to get my content indexed.
* How to get my content ranked high in the Search Engine’s.

I’ve read these tutorials 2, sometimes 3 times just to make sure that I fully understand it! Eventually, I came to a point that I said to myself: “Alright Steven, let’s start making money!”

I Took Action…

I decided to start all over again. Heck, I had nothing to lose! However, I have to admit, in the beginning it was quite hard, I had to read over a couple of tutorials again and basically used it as a step by step guide.

I found a product to promote that I though it had some potential. I started doing the keyword research, created a landing page & the articles and did all the other things that the Wealthy Affiliate University has learned me to do.

After around 15 days I had my campaign all up and running. My articles were ranked pretty good, but they still needed some work.

Something Magical Happened…

Exactly 1 month and 1 day after I joined the Wealthy Affiliate I woke up, turned on my computer, logged into my clickbank account and I saw that I made my first sale!

Boy I was happy but I was still skeptical.. It could be a “fluke sale”. But then, literally 10 minutes later I made my second sale! From that point I knew that this thing was the real deal and I decided to fully dedicate to internet marketing!

By The End Of July I Made My First $100 / Day!

Then In October I Made My First $250 /Day

Later In October I Passed The $300 /Day.. Big Time!
